Organisational Structure

Polymetal organisational structure is designed for the business to operate in the most efficient way in accordance in the selected strategy and business model.

Polymetal International plc was incorporated in Jersey in July 2010 to become the new holding company of JSC Polymetal, incorporated in Saint Petersbourg in 1998 via PMLT Holdings Limited.

Polymetal mining operations are conducted through its production subsidiaries, grouped by operating units. Those production subsidiaries hold exploration and production licenses for its mines.

JSC Polymetal Management provides management services for all company subsidiaries.

JSC Polymetal Trading provides logistical, supply, purchasing, maintenance services to each of the company subsidiaries.

LTD Polymetal Engineering provides research and engineering services to the company exploration and production subsidiaries as well as to third parties.
