Annual Report 2016, Sustainability Report 2016 and Notice of 2017 AGM

Polymetal International plc (LSE, MOEX: POLY, ADR: AUCOY) (together with its subsidiaries – “Polymetal”, the “Company”, or the “Group”) publishes its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Sustainability Report for the year ended 31 December 2016, and announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at etc. venues Monument, 8 Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1AE, UK on Tuesday 16 May 2017 at 10.30 am (BST).

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders on 29 March 2017:

• Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 (“Annual Report”);
• Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice");
• Proxy Form; and
• Notice of Availability – Annual Report.

Copies of the Notice, the Proxy Form and the Annual Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR) require that any information in the Annual Report which is of a type that would be required to be disseminated in a half-yearly financial report should be announced in full. The Sustainability Report “Sustainable Business. Sustainable Future” for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been also posted on the Company’s website today and is now available at http://www.polymetalinternational.com/sustainable-development/sustainability-reports.aspx?sc_lang=en. It details our efforts to deliver value to our stakeholders by embedding sustainability into our operations, describes our achievements and notes areas for improvement. We are pleased to announce that the qualitative and quantitative data disclosed in the report is prepared in accordance with the Core option of Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI’s) G4 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. PricewaterhouseCoopers performed independent limited assurance of the information disclosed in the Report.
