This announcement is being made in accordance with FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 30 June 2021, Polymetal International plc's issued share capital comprised 473,576,257 ordinary shares of no par value, each carrying one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 473,576,257.

The above figure of 473,576,257 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Polymetal under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
